Hibernate’s postcard series continues with this 17 minute one tracker from Iran based composer. The opening few minutes confirms my hunch that they have sheep and cockerels in Iran too as it is made up of farmyard noises. As the track progresses, these dissipate and are replaced by warm keyboard sounds that float beautifully and swim around your ears creating an enjoyable sense of calm. The great thing about this track is that its constantly evolving, later amongst the lapping of wave on shore there are some gorgeously insouciant piano notes drifting in and out of the piece. Finally as the track drifts to a close we return to the farmyard. Gorgeously evocative stuff. ===/ Norman Records
